If you are a Prospective Purchaser, we will forward your personal information to our sales agents so that they can contact you and provide you with more information about the Development.
If you a Purchaser, we may need to disclose your personal information to our consultants and contractors, for example, the builder, engineers, architects, legal advisors, financiers, auditors, sales agents, settlement agents, the owners corporation manager, the building manager or other consultants. We may also need to disclose your personal information to government authorities such as the Foreign Investment Review Board, the State Revenue Office of Victoria, the City of Port Phillip and South East Water. These disclosures are necessary for us to comply with our obligations under law and/or under the terms of the contract of sale.
